100qt.bait tank
1pc.1/2"x10' pvc pipe
4-1/2 " 45 degree elbows
8 inches of 5/8"id tubing
4 pc plastic flush mount pipe hangers
1 1/2" endcap
1 500gph bilge pump.
Arrange pipe hangers 1/3 the way into front and rear sides using only the top holes secured with ss screws, allowing them to receive the pipes from the bottom side.Trim tops so they do'nt interfere with closing cover.
Cut piece to fit full length in rear so as to rest on small shelf of cooler.follow through with side pipe to rest there also.
Cut front pipe to a little over 3/4 length of front side.
Drill .030 size holes every inch.Run 12 ga.wire brush through pipes to clean burrs from drilling.
Assemble all outside of cooler, facing holes at a 30 degree angle toward bottom of tank.
Put pump in first at an angle so the pipes can be inserted into the clips.
Assembley should fit tight inside cooler.
Add 12ga. wire as needeed and install a fuse and switch. At the terminal end you can use battery clips to use on trollong motor battery,or use a cigar lighter adapter to use in a fixed position.
Removal of fixture is just opposite of the install, leaving only the clips remaining,so as to use the cooler as a cooler when needed. The assembley can be stored or hung in any convienent place till needed again.
