These are as black as black can be,they go 2 to 6 lb, and i had 1 go
14.7lb.some other fishermen asked about them, and someone posted that,
he knew what i was talking about, they are by far the best tasting cats
i have ever eaten,my wife likes mostly crappie, and ears, gills, and she loves
them.i belive they are a sea cat that adapped to the fresher water.also
get cats that we called marble heads up north, they look like a channel,
except the color is silver and black, looks like a cross bred channel and blue.
when the black cats are real active they will be flipping there tails on the
surface, the frist time i saw them i thought they were small tarpon tails,
then i got to see the forked tail, and told the guy i fish with that were cats
get out the crawlers, and we killed them for 2 weeks, then they were gone
except for a few now and then.i have a pretty good fish locater, that will
read a coin on the bottom, and i cannot find them, you can ask STUMP BUMPER,about how i talk to the fish, well trust me,i cant talk to them.
ALSO today i had another KODAK MOMENT but i will e.mail the story to
you it tore me up,glad that i had the camara,NEVER LEAVE HOME WITHOUT
IT. it is a throw away, not ready to be developed yet.
