Reputation points??

Whats a reputation point and how did I get them? LOL
I noticed a star by my post and I clicked it to see what it was about. It said I had 10 reputation points.... thats a good thing, isnt it? :confused: Im guessing so, since Im still here posting LOL .. can someone shed some light for me?

If you put your mouse pointer on the star in the uper right and click on it you will add reputation to the poster who you clicked on.
That is if you like a post or the poster of said post.

Oh no it was good for me too, In fact the word has gotten around, I had to anwer some e-mails from some lady fishergals, one in my state and that one waiting for me to come to Texas in March. She even offered me the use of her truck to drive around while I am down there.

I don't have any stars either. I had the same problem in the 1st grade. lol Since sharon likes them I tried to give her a bunch of them. Didn't work.:rolleyes: It said I got to spread the reputation around before I give more. I need to let the wife see that. She's been argueing against that idea for 38+ years .:D :D :D
I've got the ice shack set up in the shop. Was so cold out last trip, my breath froze on the inside of the cover .:cool: It also needs new shock cords in the frame. I think it's getting old.:rolleyes:

I don't know about that one, The one I'm going to in Austin is a Carp Anglers Group event held on Town Lake in Austin. This will be the sixth year for it being held there.

:confused0024: We never did find out what they mean, all we know is, its good to get them. People like what you have to say in your posts and that what you contribute in your post is worthwhile and helpful. Thats a way of giving Kudos for the help.
