It's March, which means rising water in our local streams and rivers. The Rock is supposed to crest tomorrow in Barstow at 12.5 ft. Unless of course the river gets an ice jam. Then it could be 13.5, 14.5, 15.5 ft. Please be carefull if you have to be near a moving body of water for the next couple of weeks.
