:)I love to fish at the Sunshine Skyway, because you can bring the whole family, they have restrooms, snacks, fishing gear,you can bring the Rv and stay over night.

I remember last time we went to the north peir ........... I was with my Uncle,Father,Brother, and Brother inlaw.We got there at 6:am and fished t'ill 5:30pm, we didn't catch anything worth keeping but we had a blast just spending time with each other. We saw tons of dolphins and stingrays.

Been to the Skyway many times.. the north pier is cleaner.. restrooms are much cleaner than south pier. South pier is longer, but Ill take cleanliness over the size. I even have a hat ! LOL Did get some keep Spanish Mackeral out there, but I never do that good out there either. The scenery is beautiful though like you say, with dolphins and pelicans.
Anyone who gets the chance to go, take your camera, theres always something worth taking a picture of.. One price and its good for 24 hrs, and no fishing license is needed on the bridge.

The only peir ive been on is the one at Hooters in Port Richey,went there
last night an took the wife out for our 21st anniversary,had some peel &
eat shrimp an Hot Wings,had our picture taken,then got me 2 of them
Mermaids for a picture,will put them in the gallery when its ready to go.
Tried to trade her in for 2 younger models an that didnt work.;) Kirk

it was the wifes idea to go there,Aint She Sweet,wouldnt trade her
for nuttin,we even had our matching fishing shirts on,we normaly dont

Now back to Skyway.. had a chance to go tomorrow, but turned it down, things to do here plus I never catch anything out there.. hopefully one day this weekend Kat and I will get out and have a go at some cats in a couple of local lakes :D

hey scott just let me know when you wanna go out there, the macks should be running by now just make sure you have plenty of gotcha lures cause you go thru them pretty quick........:cool:
