Its on the outskirts of Taylorsville, between Louisville and Lexington. Its a great place but the fish are stubborn there. I think the salt river runs into it.
Used to fish the Ohio with some friends when i lived in Louisville. Do they still have the ban on eating anything caught in the Ohio?

Ban? Didn't know about any ban... Heard something about a warning... If you eat a thousand lbs of catfish per day for the rest of your life you "might" get sick from mercury.
Say you're from Louisville... I came from there myself... Born there in 52 lived in the ole Lasalle place.. (projects) 'til I was about 4 then came down here... Sturgis... Best move I ever made.

Most of them Warnings are for Pregenet Women so you have no worrys
about eatin them fish from the Ohio River,in fact up in the Indiana and
Ohio area the river has gotten clean enough that they lifted the warning,
last i heard. How about it Catbird am i correct with this information?? Kirk

Yesterday, I had caught around 50 lbs and today another 40 lbs.. Gonna get Ole Lyndell in the AM and we goin' after them s'more....This time I'll have the camera with me.
Gotta get this here fishin' done real quick up here 'cause me and the "boss" will be outta town next weekend... Besides the river will be fallin' by then.
