Well I got me first Texas Carp, infernally it was after the tournament. But I wasn't alone 35 of the teams blanked a long with my team, only 9 of the teams got any fish at all. Texas has designated that next year Town Lake in Austin will be a trophy carp lake with all large carp to be released.

She was swell my team mate and I got lost when we got to town,So I called her and she talked us right to the hotel on the phone. We met that evening at the corn boil, I really liked what I saw and talked to that night, But she was just being a friend. On day two of the tournament she brought me a fried chicken lunch out on the bank, and that evening I invited her to the awards banquet and show. The next day my team mate messed me up and I didn't get a chance to thank her and say goodbye until I got home. This is her and I at the dinner. She has a Dachshund named Sonny who she calls a punk who will not leave her side except if he sees a squirrel then he's off like a shot on his short legs just a blur. She cracked two of her ribs before I got down to Texas when she was chainsawing some tree limbs, and one of the limbs kicked back and caught her in the ribs.

Sounds like she might be a "keeper"..... :D

Mine cuts wood, mucks stalls, hunts, fishes, camps, says she loves me BUT most importantly knows how to shoot AND build a fire in the front yard(using my stuff)

Yeah it's a bit more friendly that CAG forum, But I'm working on it.
Given time we can make it more like this one.
