In case anyone is wondering what the Chain of Lakes looks like, heres a picture of how they connect to each other. Right now with the water levels being as low as they are, boaters are not able to pass through some of the chains. Others are using trolling motors instead of the big engines to get through, but even with that, they are having a hard time navagating. Local restaurants that sit on the Chains are also feeling the pinch since most are almost landlocked making it hard for boaters to motor up to their favorite restaurants.
If you boat in this area, look at the legend on the map, it shows you which links are impassable, so be careful out there.
We are in severe need of rain!!!!! Its getting dark here now and I hear the rumble of thunder in the background, so maybe we will get some sort of wetness. Lets see if this little guys dance, will bring us lots of rain LOL :party0045:
