I fished a Tournament on Truman Lake Saturday, and only caught a few small male Channel cat. That tells me that they are about done and the rest will be coming off the nest in the next couple of weeks. If it ever stops raining and the water stablizes, MAYBE, we can get back to a more normal water pool. I just hope when the rain stops it don't just quit!

Do you ever fish the James river upstream from where it flows into Table Rock? A few,(quite a few) years ago we used to fish for cats and did fairly well. Schoe

I use to but it's so busy now I try not to go there. It's sorta got like LOZ to many people and sea doers.

Schoe, we need to get together and hit Truman or the Mississippi, are you going to the Cooks Tournament at Lousiana Mo. in Aug? If not maybe I can catch up with you while I'm up that way.

Lyle, I hadn't heard of this one yet. Would it be possible to post the info on this as there may be a few of our members that would like to attend. If at all possible I would like to make this one myself. Thanks, Schoe
