Took the wife to be fishing and camping Thursday night at the Rock Island Conservation Club. We managed one fish, ok, she did. It hit once, hit hard, and was the only one of the night. Would you believe it hit liver??? :confused0068: Didn't have a scale with, but guessing 5-6 lbs.

Thanks for the report and picture. I use Chicken Liver a lot and have a lot of success. What kind of liver did you use? Schoe

Hmmmm, your wife caught it, so you post a small picture, and you grossly underestimate the weight. If you'd have caught it, could it have been a 10 to 15 lb catch?LOL!!

Just kidding around here. You know you like it, her catchin' that fish.

That's a nice cat your wife got. You might think about hireing her for a guide. She might let you in on her secret methods. lol
I'm a member out at the club, but haven't been out there but once. So much water, so little time. :evilgrin0039:Mike

The bad part is I threw the line out, because she wasn't sure about casting the liver.:ashamed0001:
