went down to the park today, tried one of those 20' deep holes, right in front of the rc boat stand :D caught 8 brought home 4 for dinner :)
the largest was about 3 pounds, now I gotta go cook'm

my buddy ROGER brought one of those black bull heads by last week
around 4 lb,so i filleted out and cut it in to nugget size peices,soaked
it over night drained it the next morning then soaked it in bud lite about
4 hours then battered and added some cajun spice fried it up and had
cole slaw,tater sald,homemade bread,followed with a bowl of ice cream
it just dont any better than that!!!
i would like to thank the following people for making this meal possible,
ROGER for the fish.
DAN for the homemade bread.
SWAN MAN for the ice cream.
and last but not least the lady that takes care of me,i hope she dont
run into my wife.:p
