nope no problems here i'm useing IE..
My computer, C: drive, documents and settings, you user account and toss your cookies.... then............
control panel, network and internet connections, internet options, in the box "Temporary Internet Files" click "delete files" check "delete all offline content" and click "ok".
Then disk clean and you should notice a difference in your computers performance.
If you do all this regularly, and are still having problems with getting 'bumped', then it's probably a connection issue from your ISP.
well lets see lets star this over again I have no problems anywhers else but here. I dont lose connection to the internet but I cant open any pages here or send pms. most of the time its I dont have permission to do things like send pms or reply. that is not isp issues. cookies how many times do I dump them how many times do I need to clear the cache I ca go on been on puters since before there was windows done everything. It makes no sense first time I ever had problems here was yesterday. See if it happens today not sure if it wil or not if it does well then not sure what I will do. Even on two other systems same problem so not my machine. went to a friends house who is on the same dsl service I am on same problem no problems anywheres but here so thats why I was wondering if anyone else was having issues or if there was some kind of maintenance going on here. I never have problems here.

Merle, I contacted your DSL provider. The apologized for the inconvienance, but they were vacuming out the information transfer tunnels for their office yesterday. They said that they try to do it once a year weather it needs it or not.

Oh, I've been here, in the shadows.
Lost my job back in May, wound up getting a new one at the beginning of July. This new one SUCKS. Staples and Radio Shack technical support. Yep, supporting the use of Office chairs, iPods and the occasional computer. Lost my little pup that was born back in Feb last week. He got parvo real bad and we had to put him to sleep. I was at work and wasn't able to be there to pet him while they put him out, tore my wittle bitty heart apart not being there for him til the end.
I've only been fishing a couple of times this year, heck, only caught a carp, a saugeye, and a couple of white bass. NO CATS
Just haven't been my normal happy go lucky self so I haven't been posting much.
With your setup at home, are you connected through a router? if so, the next time you are having a problem, reboot the router to force it to renew the IP license. That should fix ya up
yep I even did that I tried everything it was weird working so far today who knows. Sorry to hear about the pup it sucks to lose a pet.
