While fishing with Catbird recently on the Big O I found this girl looking for a snack at the bottom of a deep hole. She sure didn't want any part of coming up off the river bottom either. A feisty 23lb ole gal she was. Thanks again Catbird for having me down it was a blast. Sorry about the photo quality but neither one of us had a camera so Catbird's phone made do. lol.

Pullin' her up out of 50' of water with some current on my smallest rig and 20 lb mono kinda slowed me down a bit. Sure was glad to see Catbird sweep her into the net so I could get a break. lol.

Just so happened out of the six lines we had out she had to pick my channel cat pole. lol. Ain't that how it always works.

ya just aint right capn.....takin all my fun away pickin on him :icon_biggrin:.....used ta use that light line on my channel poles too.....till i hooked that big blue that bout spooled me.....now its 30lb braid fer the smallest
