crappies are movin again!

got off work a lil early today.even though i knew the water temps were still up in the 70s me an a buddy from work decided ta see ifn the crappie were movin yet.....theyre just gittin started be gittin real good in a week or so more.......these were caught in bout 4 hours vertical jiggin.....

well deeps not really a term that fits the lake giller lol..lake only averages bout 10 ft ,got em in 8 or 9.they were on laydowns and most were concentrated on the secondary dropoff....woulda caught more but clouds moved in an the baitfish scattered over deeper water,crappie follered em

They are suspending round here at bout 15 foot an then in evenings an all through the night are moving onto rip rap (jettys) an feeding up shallow

Love that fall fishing bite, won't be long before the walleyes are coming up onto the
gravel an feeding at nite at Big Creek
