F Series Rod Field Testing Results--recieved my order

well recieved my order today of 2 acadia rods, I went with 2 F series bait casting 6'6" 2pc med/hevavy, should get my order tommorow or fri. from bass pro of my new reels to go along with these. overall inspection looks pretty good, very thin rods, cork handles,for a med/hev feels very light, but sterdy. might have to throw a different reel on tommorow and try it out if dont get my new ones,
Generall rating 1-10 (1bad-10good)
overall apperence just looking through package- 10
shipping time- 10+
customer service(called in order)- 10+ super nice people
my expected performance- 6-7 looks very thin to handle a nice 4-8lb fish, pole line rate 10-20, lure 3/8-1oz.(hopefully this is something I am proved very wrong once I actually try it.)
will post new ratings after I try em out..

bet ya git suprised....the spinnin rod i got ta try is a lot thinner than one i already had but casts as good if not better an the first thing i hooked was a 20lb asian carp.(snagged) got it in no worries....better take a day off work an try em out lol

LOL Joe was gonna say same thing, that graphite is a lot lighter than glass but strong as all get out
Little light rod like that will handle some big fish with no problem at all, an can't beat
the fact that you can feel every little nibble an touch on them

my pennies to get some more

well havnt hit the river yet but did go out back and throw some plugs with it before class tonight, felt nice, just gatta hook a fish now. had to put a reel on and try i out, cant wait to hit the river tomm. my wife is having one those candle partys here tomm night so its PERFECT TIME TO BE GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

well didnt get my reels till saturday from bass pro. orderd both, poles and reels on friday night, got poles from acadia on wed and reels from bass pro on saturday. so havnt been able to get em out on water yet mighht not be till tues night or thurs night

sorry for delay in written but been really busy to make it out fishn, went out this evenain for about and hr and made some casts. well I gatta say the poles are nice. hooked a few little piddlers nothing over 2lbs, I was totaly impressed by the feel and sturdyness of these poles, I really like these and will be getting some spinning poles soon. I am giving these poles a 10 across the board. I can not wait to get out and hook a nice one and bringem in. fro the price at 40 fro 2 poles thats great, got a great sponsor here schoe, please forward this on to them at acadia.

They are outstanding rods, an you really can't go wrong since they carry lifetime warranty
Price is bout impossible to beat too

(not to mention you would be buying "local" , Acadia is in Irving, Tx :icon_biggrin:)

If you decide to get some let us all know how they work for the fishing you are doing with them

I been using mine for everything from bluegill to throwing jigs an walking

Well I have now had these wonderfull rods almost a yr now, I love them. These baitcaster are used for only catfishing since thats about all I do exept for panfish!!!!
These rods have held up to the test of fishing!! very pleased with the performance and outcome of these rods!!! flawless!!!! Great job acadia, I have since purchased other items from the company and there service is excellent!!!!!
Acadia is highly reccomended in my books as a go to place for all you fishing gear, Rods,reels, and also have seen them grow to offer crankbaits, tackle bags, and rod selections growing!!!

hooked a nice 5 lb drum on one my p series last weekend, put a bund in here and stood up!!!
