Guys, I'm very impressed with this Acadia sports bag!
All my life I've used a big, but simple tackle box for my gear. I had no idea there was
really anything better but apparently I was wrong. We've all used tackle boxes and
they work pretty well but they have a "failing" built in. Where do you put something
different besides lures, hooks or sinker? Well, you don't 'cause there's no room to put
anything odd except for that small area at the bottom where everything gets crushed.
Not so with Acadia Sports' Tackle bag.

The Acadia Sports Tackle bag is huge where it counts and at the same time very compact
for what it'll carry. Need a place for your maps? It's there, What about your glasses,
scale and cell phone? it's there too. Hey while were at it, what about a full size trot line,
katbobbers, extra spools of line, spare reels, A huge handful of light sticks, several knives,
extra "D" cell batteries, a spare prop nut and shear pin and even a first aid kit? Yep,
room for all. I know this will all fit because that's what I have in just the TOP of my bag.
You'd think it was all stuffed in there like ten pounds of potatoes in a five pound bag,
right? Nope, I still have quite a bit more room in the top for even more! Try carrying all
that with a plastic tackle box.

You're not limited to just a top compartment either. There are compartments on either
side for pretty big items as well. And on the outside of each is still another pocket for
things you want to be able to get to quickly. In this picture I've moved my scale into one.

There's a front zippered compartment too. It's monstrous and covers the whole front.
I don't have anything big enough to fill it up so right now it's empty. I measured it and
I'm pretty sure I could get a modern thin laptop in it and the charger and mouse could
go into a side pocket very easily. I'm hoping one day to have a GPS system that allows
me to store waypoints and work off a laptop and this bag would carry it.

Yep, more space on the very top. In this zippered compartment I have my fancy-dancy
glasses because they are built really odd. If they were more "normal" I could put them
in the pocket provided for them just below the top. The top compartment is a really nice
addition to the bag and I'll end up putting a small multi compartment box in it with
things like spare bulbs for my navigational lights, electrical tape, connections and wire
for those times something electrical on the boat doesn't want to work right.
You'll notice the dark compartment just below that on the front. Well, that's an
armored compartment just for your glasses. Yep, it's armored. Take your sunglasses
out and put your prescription glasses here and they'll be just fine. It would take a direct
sledgehammer blow to break a pair of glasses kept inside of this compartment. Nice touch
Acadia!

Ok, now on to the real payload.....
Four big, big boxes with moveable inserts so you can customize how you store your baits,
hooks, jigs and sinkers. They fit neatly into the big cavity and come back out easily with
absolutely no stress or strain whatsoever. I've seen bags at my local Wally World before
that you have to fight the dumb things to come out because they made the cavity just big
enough to squeeze boxes in.
Not so with the Acadia Sports Tackle Bag. Everything was designed to a "T" and the boxes
fit with purpose just like they should. By the way, did you notice that even though I've taken
ALL the boxes out of the big cavity that this tackle bag didn't just collapse in on itself?
That's what quality looks like.

In this picture I've pulled all my boxes out and opened them. As you can see I'm basically
a catfisherman but sometimes I dabble with other fish when the catfishing is slow. I have
lures, jigs and some soft plastics to make being prepared for other species possible. This
all takes room of course and I have alot of it. The best thing about it is the boxes are so big
that I have room enough to keep everything organized in each of the four boxes, A big
selection of sinkers in one, hooks and other terminal tackle in another, my jigs and plastics
in yet another and my hard lures in their own box.

Folks I'm not kidding, this is truly a NICE bag. The fit and finish is excellent and the shell
is as tough as nails. And I can personally assure you that no part of the Acadia Sports
Tackle bag is even in the least way "cheesy" like some of the ones you see in retail stores.
Every part of the Acadia model is tough and heavily built like we should expect from a
serious tackle bag. I'm impressed folks, very impressed. Be sure to click on the link for
Acadia Sports and check it out for yourself, ok?
