A while back I was walking a levee and spotted these duck feathers on the ground.pic.1 I snatched them up and took them home with me. I had some Grizzly Jigs that had fallen apart quickly so I used the feathers to re-do them.Pic. 2 I'm happy that I could make use of them. I have found an easy fix for falling apart jigs.- Just get Keith's T.H.E. jigs. They are guarenteed not to.
Now pic. #3 is a #12 salmon egg hook that I have used with a wax worm. Don't use it often, but thought soupy would want to run right out and get a LOT of them. -lol lol rolf Those things are so tiny they will drive a sane man nuts trying to tie them on with cold fingers.Mike

Oh they do fall apart, but it takes a few thousand fish .
The thing is I glue them so even if a hair or 2 falls out,the rest stay intact.

Joe, Thank you for the offer. I've never messed with swan feathers before. I don't very often use feathers. I picked these up just for the novelty of it. I have a bag of the same kind somewhere around here. Mike

Nope.......The ones I have are just like the ones you've shown on here but, they are black...The ones on my rigs are a little bigger or smaller (depends what size I use) and have straight shanks.
