IL Hennipin freezing

I and the wife ventured out to the local Hennipin Canal for a short go at the bluegills. We were on shore and the light wind had a bite to it. The line and guides iced up quickly
We didn't get any interest in anything we offered.:confused0024::confused0024:
It won't be long now till the open water is history here. Mike

nice, I cant wait for some ice, boats put up and now I have to wait till school out, fell behind a bit so had to make some sacrifices.

So much for Crappie and Eyes in the lower Hennipin....LOL!!! Could never get there anyway. Oh-well, spring is right around the frigid corner.
