Due to the fact that I have personally wrecked three Cannon Digital cameras in the last couple of years I have a rider on my home owners policy. I had two Cannon SD 600 and one Cannon SD 800 that didn't swim very well.
I do have another SD 800 that I am currently using but insuredalong with my new toy a Sony Digital Mimi Cam.. Schoe

I'm gonna have to upgrade my camera soon. I have a 4 MPX Kodak Z700. Nice camera and takes good photos, but I would like to have higher resolution and more than a 5x optical zoom. Just bought one of those tripods with the flexible legs that can be wrapped around objects to steady the camera. Now when I'm fishing alone and take a pic I can wrap the tripod around my anchor light at head level instead of sitting it on the seat back. All the photos I have taken of myself with the camera sitting on the seat back look like they were taken by a midget. lol.

I have been using a Canon A75 and it takes good pictures and the video is very good but I have put this poor camera through he!! and back and I think that it is on its way out...I have been looking at the Olympus Stylus SW790 which is waterproof to 10 feet, drop proof to 5 feet and freeze proof to 14 degrees above zero...it is a little spendy at $270 but the conditions that I go through in the fishing season I keep trying to convince myself to make the deal...:icon_biggrin:

My wife got me a Vivatar mini dig at the drug store next to Krogers. Ten bucks!!!
Yes $10 and it comes with cable and software. Haven't tried it out yet but talked to someone who has one and they love it.
Now Linda won't be upset if I drop it in the drink. I understand they have them for $20 at Walmart.
