I was invited to go to a private lake with a fellow that owns a lot there. He went Fri. to look around and will probably go back today and check things out. I will wait on his call tonight.
If I get my obligations done today I perhaps can go sometime tomorrow. Schoe

I was on a strip mine today and ice was 8" max and 6" most everywhere. We did drill one hole at least 30' from shore and had 2 1/2" Gulp. I can tip toe backwards pretty fast. lol

tried the ice at sunset only had a limited amount of time today and well we didn't get a thing....here's to better luck for you all and I'll get 'em next time.

Well i just need the ice to hold up another week and a half and be strong enough for the strip mines.
