Need Help Finding Cottonseed Slabs !!!

I have a family member that lives in Jefferson City, Mo. and he can't find any cottonseed slabs for his trotlines, Can anyof the brothers here help me with this problem ?? He would like to purchase about 10 to 15 lbs of it and would like any help finding it in or around his area. He is not a computer person so he asked me if I can help find some.
