white River... German Browns

I plan on going to Bull Shoals Arkansas in near future. At the end of the Bull Shoals lake the dam starts the White River. It's known for lots of rainbow-german browns- cutthroat etc. We will be fishing in a boat and figure on going down river a ways. I'd like to know the way to fish it, also the best luers to take along. "Mostly targeting" German browns. Rainbows are easy, not what I'm after. Thanks for any input.
