well the ice finally went off the rock river today above the upper damn in sterling. looks like we might be able to get the boats out n chase some walleyes n catfish:party0011::party0011::party0045::party0045 :

was up by suak yesterday!! rock was open there!!! between the dams is open too... Lets go get em!!!

Please be carefull!!! Ice jams caused a 2 foot rize near Barstow yesterday before they gave loose.

ty ray......they been catching every thing from up here no ice left from here to rockford. going to fish from bank sat just to watch the river to see what is floating

went out to oppole yesterday Mark, sat out there a good half our, didnt see anything float by!!!

sorry i haven't checked in lately busy at work n fishing fer them cats off the bank.hitting real good on cut shad n redworms.no fishing this weekend uncle passed on this last week so we will be celibrating his life this weekend. back at it on monday tho

you been picking up any eyes dippers?? ive been trying at dixon and oregon dam but havent had much luck so far..only seen a few caught too.

i did get one on my 2cnd cast last wed. at lawrence park in sterling about 20 inches been down there about 20 hrs since that cast n nothing more

seen a few boats out there last few days!!! well seen the trucks and trailers at the ramp!!
heath the feller from the rockford site that owns the baitshop by oregon dam says theve been doing pretty good up there on walleyes!!! certain days though!!

Ive been up to oregon thursday and today..got nothing thursday and got one 18 1/2" today for the first eye of the year finally!! I read that on the rockford site that they were fishing the east side but the river is up so high the current is really swift over there and im not wading in that so ive been sticking to the west side along with everybody else ive seen over there so far.
