I dont know how many of you know who Roland Martin is but he is a famous bass fisherman with his own fishing show who is usually fishing down in florida or somewhere like that. i watch a lot of fishing shows and today i caught his show and couldnt believe it when i saw that he was fishing Pool 13 on the Mississippi river!! I even recognized all the spots they were fishing and one of them was only about a 1/2 mile away from our cabin!! They put in at the fine&feather(big slough) boat ramp just below spring lake and fished along the cabins throwing tubes and then went out around some of the islands around the main channel and threw spinerbaits and tubes, and then the last spot they fished was just above potters campground throwing frogs. Roland Martin was fishing in my spots,lol. Not all of them though because i know they were close to a few of my honey holes but i didnt see them pull any out of there:evilgrin0039: Just thought that was neat they filmed a show fishing spots that i myself fish all summer long....The show was filmed in September of last year..
