landed several fish today up to 10lbs on these reels with no problems.was able to get the drag set right and its extremely smooth even with the braided line.1 oz. walking sinker and a chunk of shad would cast at least 50 yds with the 3000.overall im very pleased with the reels barring the baitclick feature.
