Well enuff said in the headline!!!
Make a long strory short, I broke a 2pc spinning rod few weeks back...emailed them at acadia bout it...told the only the tip section was broke, bottom still good, only needed a new tip, well couple days later a whole new pole sitting on my doorstep.....Awsome!!!! Well now I had this bottom section with nothing to do with!!! so I emails them back explained what happened(getting whole new rod)...asked if I could buy a new tip section for my old pole....reply back with a yes..$10 plus shippin....well I gave em a call today to place my order.....the wonderful staff says thank you to me and only charges me shipping cost!!!!!!! Double awsome!!!!!

Not saying this is going to happen everytime, or ever will again, but it just goes to show the dedication this company has for success!!!!! Schoe, thanks for the great service you offering through your site, having super great supporters like them at ACADIA!!! A++ in my books!!!!

Yes Jason you are totally correct as anytime I have had any problems with a Rod or Reel it has been taken care of immediately with no questions asked.

Lee has set up a strict policy to satisfy the customer no matter what.

Acadia has been good to WIF with helping with our give aways and now with the field testing. It is an honor to work with this company.

When a company handles ten's of thousands of a product line there is bound to be some flaws caused from manufacturing, but unlike some other companies Acadia takes care of the problems.

Anyone that has fished with me the last few months knows I use nothing else but Acadia equipment for my Catfishing, Walleye, and Bluegill fishing.

I am waiting for a long Crappie and Bluegill pole to be introduced though, huh Giller??

yeah that would be great to see schoe, some long poles, offer a range of em 10' or so!!!

I am slowly replacing my poles with acadias, up to 7 now with my new test rod...gatta start working on getting some more spinning reels though!!! also ganna grab that tackle bags one of these days!! I imagine I wll be ordering one next week after I see marks......oops I mean candys this weekend..!!!!!

Don't kid yourself Jason, if Dip even looks like he is going to lay claim to that tackle bag Ms-Dip will chew his arm off.

She has already had several donations to help fill those plastic boxes that the bag holds.

yes I said it 2 Days, got my new tip section today in the mail. thats like around 48 hrs from time of call to delivery on my doorstep!!!! thats Texas all the way to good ol' Illinois!!! It just dont get any better than that!!!! Thanks acadia!!!
