Good luck on your quest Kirk. Let us know what you find out. There is just no telling how may old tackle boxes are tucked away in garages across this country that haven't been opened since the 1950's or 60's. Can you imagine?....Ray

it's kinda crazy that these lures can run well up into the thousands....
my buddy shawn who fished with me at the round up his pops is really into collecting them ol' lures he finds them at garage sales and flea markets.he'll take them home and look them up in a price guide and lable them and place them on drift wood around his fireplace mantle...

I know of at least three at my granny's place that belonged to great uncle's that haven't been used in ages. I'm sure if she thought they were worth something she'd break them out. She's on a fixed income and hates that we all help her out.
