Actually only 80-100 miles north of the 2 of you's from Illinois. Just a little further east.

Woodsman, We have another member Adder, who lives near Kinkarden, I think I spelled it right. That isn't too far from your area is it? I met him last winter in Fla. and got him started fishing which he took to very well. There are several pictures in the Gallery of him with some of the fish he caught. Schoe

Welcome Woodsman I also am a new member. I've been to NW Ont. a couple of times walleye and Northern Pike fishing, I've loved every minute of my stay. Most all people were really friendly. I'll most likely go back next year in the spring. Anyway I hope to share some fish stories with you in the near future.

Welcome to the family table Woodsman,
I have done some hunting and fishing in Canada when I was a lot younger. The smells of the woods and the gin clear waters there remain in my mind still. This is a country everyone should visit at least once in a lifetime. I found the people there are very gracious and proud of their heritage.
Hope to hear a lot from you about your experiances.
