Had a good time.
Visited with my Mother and Brother in law.
Caught a bunch of dink cats which is tellin me the spawn there was good.
Caught 2 dink bass with out tryin .......... now if I try to catch em I can't.
Got some sun, maybe a little too much, and trashed my hands pretty well bring in those hard fightin fish with a little ultralight pole.
Oh yea I even caught a couple of dink bream too. :D
Didn't get anything worth catchin, but compared to the Sebastian trip yesterday, I caught a whole lot more, and it cost less too. ;)

All in all it was a great day.

Pferox,
Happy to hear that you had a good weekend.Even dinks have lockjaw here.Only fish still active are the sturgeon and gar.May go to test my tackle on them later in the week.Cut bait and 9/0 hooks w/wire leaders.Gas free trips up and down the river.
Ramps are still fair to good for putting in here.Big Bend area is doing well on the salt water fishing. The flats are teeming with reds and trout.Wish I knew the area better.Still have to make some trips there and wet a line.
Doc Mitchell and I are talking about a trip to the Cedar Key area soon. Have to get some fillets in the freezer.
Have a great day and take care of that sun/windburn.
