New Fish Finding Toys

as i went to the outdoor show at the qcca a week and a half ago, i couldn't resist the urge to purchase the new lakemap chip for my hds5 and boy is it full of info. then i really went nuts and ordered the new lowrance structure scan, it's sitting in my living room ready to go to grace marine for installation. don't know why i think i'm going to like it but pretty sure i will. next device will be sirius alert to be installed in april. figure if i can't catch the fish i can sure watch them and the weather too. if anyone of you already has any of the devices and care to share concerns or info on how to get the max use of em, please do so. thanx.

My dad doesn't have it yet, but he wants to buy it real bad. Let us know if you think its worth the money to spend. I've heard more people spend time looking at the pictures from the structure scan then they do fishing.

Yes, please do post up a review and let us know how it works out. They look really cool, I'd like to get one, but I am waiting for the prices to drop until I get one. I would like to know how it impacts your catch rate.
