O.K. guys, I need some help with this one. Can ya'll show me how to dress out a bunch of crabs to fry up or boil and some cooking tips? If you can show me some diagrams or picture's of the cleaning/dressing out process that would really help. I've never caught, cleaned or cooked crabs before but I think I would like to try something new....Ray

They do got "boils" for seasoning, but I think Sharon has it right on the money
they are too tastey to do anything with cept boil em then get a bib on an get a wooden mallet an GO FOR IT!
Great great eating!

use some zatarains crab boil or any louisiana brand crab boil for some tasty crabs...throw in some corn and onions and maybe some keibasa or your favorite sausage in the boil for flavor......bring water to a boil then put crabs in...cook 10 mins and they are done....if you like them spicy..turn off fire and let them sit in the water for 5 to 10 mins longer and they will soak up more seasoning........
if you dont like spicy stuff...use some old bay seasoning or any of the maryland crab boil seasonings.
i like to melt some country crock spread butter in a bowl and add some old bay to it to dip the crab in.
this was my last crab boil...

Ray, I caught 4 pretty good ones this morning. Two of them were about 6lbs the other 2 were about 2lbs. I think that Monday when I get off work Michelle and me are going jug fishing in my new honey hole:)
