4/23.. this is getting old.

I spent about an hour down at Sunset today and then 2 hours over at, the as a buddy has told me they are properly named, "twin lakes". Not one bite. Had one minnow pole going the hole time until it fell over, off of what I had propping it up, and i proceeded to step on it unknowingly and snapped the reel. It was an old ultralight pole so I am not real mad, but still. Lost two other lures, one rattle trap and one crankbait. Pretty frustrating morning to say the least.

I think I am going to take a few days off. haha. Lord knows I'll probably go tomorrow or sunday.

they are snag magnets. I still use em a bunch tho

I f you wanna catch bass Ive been catching them like crazy at the Hennepien canal so far. Spots between Colona and Geneseo, noting huge but 12"-18" range. was thinking about trying lake George tomarrow.

If you hit Lake George, please post a report. I've been thinking about making a trip out there but just haven't been able to find time.

I havent heard anything good coming from lake george. I have been having good luck on the hennepin near milan and the rock island conservation club. Bass and crappie starting to pick up
