hi, my name is Mark, and I live in Ottumwa Iowa. Chris and I are friends, we chat on a couple other outdoorsy type sites. I was looking at his Catfish pics and he mentioned this place. ;) (I have to be honest, the subtle logo on the side of the van helped get me here too):D
I love to fish for fun, but I also fish for food. Love them Gills and Crappie! We are mostly into fishin farm ponds and lakes, but the Des Moines river cuts through the middle of town, so I do some river fishing too. I have a couple fishing partners, (ages 10 & 11) that are always ready and waiting to go.
I tried to download a pic, but I don't think it took, I might need some help from a mod on that.
Great site, I hope to contribute productively.

Great to have you here in the family. I too, love to chase the gills and crappie ,but mostly the gills. It will be neat to hear of your outings. I get down your way once in a while. I often have one or two grandsons that let me go along with them:rolleyes: . They are 11, and think they are 20. lol Perhaps we can hook up sometime. Mike
