small river flathead

Went fishing last night with buddy of mine. Using big bluegill fishing around broken concrete. I have never had this happen before. Had been there about an hour and my clicker went off just for a few seconds. I picked up my rod and everything felt fine (normal). Another hour goes by and decide to move my bait. Well starting reeling in and I was hung up...or so I thought. Ever so slightly i felt a pull on the other end. It must have been under a concrete slab and when it came out it was game on. I haven't weighed it yet, but I will and will post pics or shall I say ask the wife to.

Nice flathead Slingblade. My neighbor came home with a bunch of nice channel cats from up your way, but no flatheads that I seen. Mike

John, nice flathead. My brother and I got a 15 lber on a noodle jug this past weekend. It was as much fun trying to catch him after he was already caught...lol

If you only catch one,that is the size to bring home.Some nice fillets there.
