I haven't done a whole lot of fishing but now that I can drive I plan on doing alot. Here are the biggest fish I caught:

Sand Shark: 24", weighed about 18 lbs, caught it off a bridge in Washington

Channel Catfish: 30", weighed about 15 lbs, caught it on a lake on the border of Kansas and Oklahoma

Flathead: can't remember how long but it weighed 30 lbs and I caught it off the same lake as the channel.

American Drum: can't remember how long but it weighed 10lbs and it was off the same lake.

Laremouth bass: 4lbs, off a lake that a local rock quarry owns

Bluegill: 13ozs, off a lake in a local golfcourse

rainbow trout: 3lbs, off a fly I was using in the Little Red River when I was visiting family

those are some nice fish i do beleive you might have me on a few of them, and what is a american drum?
but here in florida 13 oz. bluegills or as known as bream here that is rather common well better yet not uncommon...
and we use four pound bass for bait here ,not really but the bass here are much larger and common to catch 6 pounds plus,i dont beleive they get much larger up there or do they? bass this is the bass capitol of the u.s.....
i october i do plan on catchimg my first flathead catfish and hope it is as nice as the one you caught..
and my biggest shark is a blacktip about three feet in lenghth but don't know the weight..
and you got me on the channel cat my biggest is about 7 or 8 pounds... but soon to fix that also...
my biggest over all was a thirty two pound dolphin(not flipper) and best fight was a eight foot wahoo we was lost at the boat upon gaffing it...
well keep posting and glad to have in the wif family....

I don't know the exact name of the drum, but it is what my grandpa told me it was. It is a flat-like fish and when you lay it on it's side, it looks kinda like a drum. The shark I caught when I was seven years old, I had the pole and it almost took it out of my hands so my grandpa helped me hold onto it and reel it in.
