Don, you are absolutely right about that. I'm sure there wouldn't be enough room in the pictures for the three men and a lady that it took to clean that 80 lb snapper you came up with. That, without a doubt was the biggest turtle I've ever seen. I'm anxious to see how the meat tastes the way your wife told me to fix it. I will post the recipe on the proper thread along with pictures. Schoe

I'm thinking of doing a "how to" on skinning a deer and home processing. It will include getting the best steaks, roasts and burger meat, plus how to can the deer meat, which is very delicous. We will see if there is any interest out there. Schoe

O.K. Fri. I will process my buck and take pics all the way through and make a "How to" for our readers. It may be a couple weeks before you see the results as my daughter is out of town and she is the techie behind all this. Schoe

Sorry Chris about loosing the how to clean a turtle thread. We are working on a new one right now and it should be up and running very soon.
The same goes for How to fillet a Catfish.
Please hang in there and be patient with us for a week or two. Schoe

Pegleg, I am sorry it has taken so long as we have had so many irons in the fire. I made up some turtle boards this morning and plan to put them out in the next couple of days. Hopefully we get some turtles to do the picture shooting. Thanks for your patience. Schoe
