ever try Ivory soap bait?

I made some Ivory soap bait yesterday, an old timer swears it works for catfish, we'll see this weekend ;) :cool: :D

The Old type Ivory Soap worked great but, now-a-days I think they have changed it somehow... I ain't had any luck with it... Hell, I can't even get my fishin' buddy (Lyndel) to take a bath with it.( well, it's just hard to get Lyndel to take a bath..... period)
